Mini-itx
I got my mini-itx computer system today. It is awesome. So tiny and complete. I have some complaints, though.
The computer comes with only a European power connector. I had to look around real quick and find an adapter. I ordered one online, hopefully it will show up soon. (You would think that if the British company shipping me the computer sees that they are shipping it to the U.S. they would...
Back in Chicago
So….my weekend was a blur of….wait…wait….it was not a blur. I did very little. I did buy new clothes of the needed variety (underwear). I also saw a movie called Catch Me If You Can at the two dollar theater. I really liked the intro. The rest of the movie was not so hot. At least it tried to leave me with a good feeling in my stomach (heart?).

I am working on the site once again…..
I have updated my movable type installation and am trying to get all it’s options working for once. This, unlike last time, means I may be able to have comments posted and actually work among other things.
Mail Blocks
Mail Blocks is a new free web-based email service that claims they can block all of your spam.
They will be doing this by using a challenge-response method for all first-time incoming mail.
Update: Mailblocks is not actually free as I had been led to believe. Luckily, I have found another web email service that has a free option.
Sickness and Work
I am feeling fairly well now. I just have a little bit of a cough left over from the horrible horrible sickness I labored under for the past week or so.

Last night I went to the fireside bowl and saw the hell county boys and deal’s gone bad. It was an excellent show. I hope to see more of the hell county boys (a.k.a. The GC5)

I am posting this link in this main section again because I think it is so very important and sad. This company was started with good intentions and corrupted in the name of growth and business.

I am coming up with an idea for a home network setup that I would like to see implemented. It will be cool and I will post pictures as soon as I finish.
Does anyone have a large clock/radio/cd player that hangs under the kitchen cabinets? If it is fairly large, I would like to have it. I will also settle for an overly large toaster. Preferably of the metal variety.
